- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our full roof replacement quotes are priced per square. Additionally we include price information about unforeseen / unanticipated costs should they occur such as damaged wood discovered after the old shingles are removed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we communicate by phone or text to understand the scope of the project. Next we set an appointment to inspect the roof. A formal quote with inspection pictures included will be provided to the customer within 24-48 hours of the onsite roof inspection. Our quote package also includes information about our warranty, license, insurances, and contract for services. We follow up with the customer within 24-48 hours of providing the formal quote. Once the contract is signed and payment arrangements are made we begin the process of scheduling the project and ordering materials. When the project is completed we meet with the customer to review the completed project. We remain available to answer any questions throughout the process.
