Jerome and Avery of River City Moving were so forthcoming with helping with my move; they initiated helpfulness without my asking . My preparing for my move has obstacles which left a bit undone on move day . Jerome and Avery did not miss a beat and showed no negative attitude about the chaos . Also, they talked highly of their managers which is a wonderful and unique thing you experience. I’d highly recommend this duo and actually. I’d definitely call on them for my future needs .

We just moved here and needed someone to bring in a stacked washer and dryer up two steep set of stairs. The first company we hired had us cash app them and took our money and ghosted us so we were worried to try another company we found online. However, they showed up on time. They were professional and got the job done quickly. We didn’t have to pay before the job. Very happy with the service of the two men that came. Thank you!

Neil was very accessible when I called with questions. He was able to write me a contract that was acceptable for our needs. I was not at home when the 2 movers arrived, but my husband was at home. He is VERY picky and VERY particular about EVERYTHING. My husband only had positive things to say about the move. That was a RELIEF! I would use River City Moving again and recommend them to others.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer RISK-FREE BOOKING. No deposit, rescheduling or cancellation fees. Our starting rate is $130/hr for 2 men M - F, and $140/hr S & S. For additional movers it is $45/hr per mover. Ask about our discounts and promos!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will ask a questions about your items, contact info and gather location information and availability preferences, then we will send an estimate. We can add you to the schedule with no deposit or card info needed. We send reminder emails, and the finally we reach out the day before to reconfirm. *If your home is 3,000 sf or more we must do an onsite estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years management and sales experience in the moving industry + a degree in psychology
