- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price competitively to the market. We always ensure to pass discounts back to our clients as this can help them with paying for other projects and because it’s always nice to help our clients save money where they can. Lastly we do support our veterans by offering military discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always meet with our customers and do a walk through of their desired project. We take all of their ideas, thoughts, and recommendations into consideration before offering our professional opinion. If they like our recommendation and pricing then we will move to scheduling a start date. We also add our clients to our internal project tracker. This process ensures that all of our clients needs are being met and that our clients are fully involved throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 6 years experience in fix & flip renovations and over 5 years experience in home services.
