Shane was knowledgeable, professional and great to work with. He offered a couple of different options for our consideration on some areas we weren't exactly sure how to fence. The installation team could not have been better, they went over every detail before starting the work and frequently checked in with us as the job progressed! I'd rate Top Rail excellent in all categories based upon every member of their team that I engaged. From Shane performing the estimates and keeping me up to date on status to Gary letting me know when the installers would be onsite and then following up on my satisfaction with the work that was done. The installers, Reggie and his helper, were awesome!

We were extremely impressed and pleased with the service we received from Top Rail Fence. Shane Skeleton was professional, knowledgable and made some suggestions that made a better outcome.Giovanni the supervisor on site was great about making sure the fence was lined exactly where we wanted. We wanted to make a change and he was so accommodating. They worked hard and our fence was done in a timely manner with quality materials and the end result is it looks fantastic!Highly recommend this company!.

I was looking for fence contractors near me or the best fence installation company in Cleveland, TN. I found something good with Top Rail. Estimator was on time and attentive to my needs. I learned about Aluminum fence, vinyl fence, chain link fencing, wood fence installation techniques, TREX, Concrete fences, aluminum fence, and farm rail fences. We ultimately went with a concrete fence of which Top Rail is a certified installer. Concrete fence is low maintenance and will last a lifetime. Feel like it was worth it. I would not have known about it unless Top Rail informed me! I called several fence contractors and it was hard to get anyone, but I feel like I found the best in the industry! Great fence company!
