On a personal note, I am relatively new to thumbtack so I am a little wary. However these guys were amazing ! Very quick to respond and I was able to book my appointment for medium size bath demo in three days. This moved my entire project AHEAD. When does that happen? Friendly, responsive with good communication. Excellent careful work. Very nice guys.

Tim and Mike did an awesome job for us! Full gut interior demo of our historic 1933 house, and removal of a non-historic rear addition. Took everything down to the studs and slab. It was a tough job, but they handled everything like champs and did a great job for our family. Happy to give my full recommendation and hope to hire them again in the future for demolition and dumpster rental needs. Thanks guys!

EXCEPTIONAL. There's a reason these guys have 300 5-star reviews; they're the best contractors I've ever worked with for any type of job. Job type: master bath demo. If you've never done one, you will be shocked by how much stuff comes out, and how much work it is. They filled up an entire commercial trash dumpster. I am incredibly glad I didn't try to tackle it on my own. To start, they mention they're veterans, but what they don't say is that they're retired E-8's (for you non-military folks, the enlisted scale maxes out at E-9). E-8's are serious professionals. Getting to that level takes professionalism, grit, and the ability to get the job done. This translates directly to their demo work. They responded quickly on Thumbtack, asked helpful questions, got me a quote fast, and then got me on the schedule immediately. I was blown away before they even showed up. Demo day they were there on time and ready to go. I found out later their helper was a no show, so one of the owners had to step in to make it happen...and they didn't mention it until after we got to talking for a bit. No excuses; just got the job done. They were as neat as possible (for demo). They taped down tarps to protect the floors and swept up after they were done. My only concern is that they may not be charging enough to stay in business long-term. That isn't a joke. The price was absurdly reasonable. So get them while you can! I personally will be using them for all future demo projects, and singing their praises to anyone who will listen.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% military, first responder, and senior citizen discounts, as well as multi load and multi-customer discounts. If you have others near you who need a similar service we can lower the prices due to lowered overhead costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to get pictures and provide a free estimate. Sometimes the prices are more or less than what was quoted, but we are transparent about prices before work begins. If someone does not confirm pricing before work begins please let us know.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served in the military for 22+ years and have had to complete my fair share of dirty jobs. Professionalism and honesty are two of our key tenets and we will provide that for all customers.
