The quality was great, the price was fair, and the communication was excellent. I always knew what was going on and was kept up to date, which was especially important given our timeline and the weather being uncooperative. I would recommend Josh to anyone needing similar work done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pressure washing prices are .20 cents per square ft . My window jobs are based on a window count and type of windows.(high windows cost 2dollars more a window,windows with storms cost double)Our company also offers house cleaning. We charge 15 dollars a room for weekly/biweekly customers. 25 dollars a room for 1 time deep cleans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to make a great impression on our new customers.we assure our customers with our expertise in the fields that we work. We strive in making new customers our long term customers.

I have 14 years experience in the cleaning and maintenance buissness.
