I was scheduled for service between the hours of 12-4. The technician never showed up. When I reached out to the company to see if the technician would be here soon because the window slot was closing they replied “ we have not been able to reach him.” It is now 6:44pm no technician.
NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY!
