Shane was very quick to respond to my inquiry and to help resolve my problem with installing a coaxial outlet. Fortunately I was able to get it resolved through my internet provider during installation, however Shane was able to provide me with alternate solutions if my internet provider was unable to do this request. I will definitely be reaching out to them again for any future concerns or needs.
