The two and a half years I’ve spent working with Andrew have been nothing short of life changing. I had been active in my twenties but chronic injuries, a high stress job, and a 60-lb weight gain with each of my two pregnancies left me without optimism that I would ever get back to feeling great. At 35, after my unpteenth back injury kept me from participating in a vacation with my kids, my physical therapist told me if I didn’t get fit, I would never escape the injury and weight gain cycle I was in.
I found Andrew and committed to just three months to see if I could make a dent in my chronic injuries. Two and a half years later, I’m in the best shape of my life. I have lost 30 lbs, I haven’t had an injury flare-up in almost two years, and most importantly, I am fit and energetic enough to run around with my kids.
Having worked with a few other trainers, I can say that Andrew really is in a different league. He really gets my body’s specific needs and is respectful of how I’m feeling on any given day. He’s creative and will modify or adjust an exercise to help me maximize my workout. He is tenacious and finds genuine joy and pride in helping me meet my goals. And you couldn’t find a nicer person to spend time with on a regular basis. The time flies by and it’s easy to commit to the workout—I know if I just show up and trust the process, I will be happy with the outcome.
I highly recommend Andrew to anyone who is eager to better understand and care for their body!
