Introduction
My boutique fitness and wellness business has been operating in the Nashville area for 15 years, offering group classes in dance fitness, yoga, yoga sculpt and small group personal training. We are available for private events, including bachelorette parties, birthday parties and corporate retreats. I also offer breathwork facilitation, meditation instruction, choreography and individual dance instruction and coaching.

Rebecca’s breathwork classes are fantastic. She guides you on a journey and provides instructions and encouragement along the way. Our breath is medicine and our bodies are capable of healing themselves. I’m grateful Rebecca has created a safe space for me to explore the power of my breath, heal and grow!
