D’Angelo went above and beyond for our short layover in Nashville. We only had 4 hours but he took us on a ride around Nashville for a couple of hours and it was so fun. We would do it again in a heartbeat! Thanks D’Angelo for working that out for us. We throughly enjoyed it.

The service was very friendly and professional. If you are looking for a private driver so that you don't get the surprises of the cookie cutter diving services- this company offers that concierge vibe that we were looking for.

I booked a 5 PM rental for 20 people on 2/22, in advance for my daughter’s 10th birthday party. The total cost was $836. When I initially asked whether I should pay in full or just a deposit, the owner, D’Angelo, said I could pay half upfront and the remainder at the time of pick up. He sent the invoice, I paid the deposit, and he later confirmed via text that we were “locked in.” The day before the party, I reached out to confirm details about the music and asked whether he preferred the remaining balance to be paid in cash or card. He said card. I let him know I would pay the next day before the party because I only had cash and needed to deposit it. He agreed and confirmed the pick up address. The next morning (party day) at 10:30 AM, D’Angelo called and told me I would need to move my party to 4:15 PM because another booking had been made through the website, and he couldn’t issue them a refund. I explained that moving the time wasn’t an option because invitations had already been sent for 5-7 PM, and many of the children had other commitments. He gave me two options: move the time or take a refund. After checking with the parents, I confirmed that rescheduling wasn’t possible. D’Angelo then said he would “figure something out.” About 30 minutes later, he called back, saying he had rearranged things. He assured me we would still have a bus that could accommodate our 20 guests, and that it was “probably even better” than the one we originally booked. However, he told me the remaining balance had to be paid in cash to the driver. When the bus arrived, I was shocked to see that the driver was a friend of mine—someone completely unrelated to D’Angelo’s business. The bus was a standard 15-passenger van, not what we booked. It was missing key features we specifically requested, such as a TV and ceiling running lights, which were major reasons I agreed to pay $836 in the first place. The driver informed me that he didn’t know D’Angelo personally; he had simply been contacted online and was told someone needed a bus and would pay $436. Meanwhile, D’Angelo had assured me that if there were any issues, I should let him know. I texted him immediately, but I have yet to receive a response. As a result, for two hours, 20 people were crammed into a 15-passenger van that was nowhere near what we had paid for. And D’Angelo, the person running this so-called business, pocketed $400 from me without delivering the service I was promised. The funny thing is when I first talked to him about booking, I explained to him that I was going to book another company at first, and he laughed talking about how “not nice” they were but book me something I didn’t pay for and ran off with my money. Please be careful when booking through these sites. He almost ruined my baby’s birthday.

Worst company ever experienced. The driver showed up 45 min late. Then had to walk to a completely different location from where I was told pick up was at. The van smelled of marijuana. There was dirty champagne glasses still in there with an open bottle of champagne that had blunt ashes all in it. The 2 bottles of champagne that I already pre paid for weren’t even inside the van.

Music City Transportation's reply
So glad you still shared your experience! This was The day after Valentine’s Day, so yes the sprinter was busy throughout the night up until 7 am and our driver made a terrible mistake by taking the vehicle home after his ride to rest instead of the office which we always tell them to go to, not knowing the schedule because he wasn’t the driver for this ride originally so therefore ,when the original driver and cleaners arrived to the office on time in the morning to do their due diligence we all found out the driver never returned at the same time which in this case means he wasn’t able to grab the champagne that they did pay for from the office or the van being thoroughly cleaned he drove to them from his home and these were the results. This driver has since been fired because we haven’t had a bad review in 2 years. We have offered free services for anything in the future that this client might ever have and we are still always happy to help! Even when things don’t go right we gotta stay positive. Safe Travels.
