This was a COMPLETE SCAM. Tell me you can look at these pictures and be proud of the work you did. We discussed covering the window frame with a new casing because the old is wood and paint chipping. I spent $400 for him to do this to my window. Goopy wet paint with paint drips everywhere that I had to go around and wipe off with my finger before it dried. None of the wood is covered with anything new like we discussed. I just wasted $400 and now have to redo the window myself. He didn’t even take off the window when he painted so there is paint all over the window that I now have to scrape off with a razer blade.
