Trevor was very professional. Answered my request almost immediately, even though it was after hours. He was prompt and communicated before he headed over the following day. He even stayed later to finish the job after running into a few unexpected issues. We have an older system that is prone to outages for multiple reasons. Trevor Lord responded quickly when we called on him even when other services were too busy. He diagnosed and corrected problems that included failed expansion valve, coolant leak, and problematic thermostat/control. We’ll call on Trevor again when the need arises. --
