Michelle was very knowledgeable and was able to help me understand how and why things were done the way they are. She was very detail oriented and seemed to know what she was doing and would hire her again in a heartbeat. We love our new shower and tub. It's so much nicer than the mess we had before. Her work was very good and she didn't leave anything in a mess after she left each day.
