We are a married couple that has been doing custom tile, basic and luxury remodels and plumbing for over 20 years. We have expert experience in custom tile, from small jobs to luxurious 5 piece baths including plumbing, framing, tear out, design etc. What makes us different is our two-person team can remodel your entire bath, kitchen, fireplace, basement etc. from start to finish, involving no other contractors or labor. We also specialize in custom builds such as entertainment spaces, bars, man caves, basements and metal art/custom furniture. This team was amazing. They provided as close to turn key service as you could hope for on a large job. We bought the house recently and discovered the shower has been leaking for years, destroying the floor beneath. Fixing it was a big job and SMG handled it perfectly and on the schedule they committed to and for the cost estimate that they provided up front. While there were some surprises they found during the work, they took the time to show them to us, explain the issues, and options for next steps. We are very happy with the work they did and recommend Shane and Tracy highly!

We needed serious help bringing our master bathroom tile shower back to life. We had grout that was missing from much of the tile floor, a curb that was sloping out and causing leaks, and a shower bench that was improperly sloped as well. The team gave us three options, a clear budget and timeline for each, and zero pressure to pick the most expensive. We ended up choosing the most extensive option and we are incredibly happy with the work. The team is down to earth, capable, and honest. We will definitely work with them again!

This was my first time contracting with SMG. From the get-go they were friendly and responsive, providing valuable insight and direction. They were easy to schedule with, provided updates to help me plan, and once on-site were very respectful of my house and their workspace. Plus my dogs loved them. Their team’s work on my shower floor was professional, decisive, and exactly what I needed. It was a tedious job, but they knocked it out with ease. I plan to use them again and would recommend them if someone needs tile work.
