I called Bob Da Builder services and had the pleasure of speaking with Bobby. He was actually able to tell me over the phone how to get the receptacles in the kitchen back working. I explained to him they had quit working after using a space heater in the kitchen all my receptacles stopped working. He helped me find the GFCI receptacle and instructed me to reset it. All of my receptacles were working again. After explaining the issue, he could have come out and pressed a button and charged me $125 for his service call, but he didn't. He explained to me that the space heater had overloaded. The circuit and all I needed to do was reset the GFCI receptacle. I would recommend Bobby to anybody that is having an electrical issue. He is very knowledgeable and honest. The next time I need anything electrical done Bob, Da Builder services is without a doubt who I will be calling.

Finding someone who will actually do what they say, and do it properly is a rarity these days. But, I have to give this company the props it deserves. He installed the panel efficiently and timely. There was no mess left behind and it was probably cleaner than when he found it. Great job!!! Thank you so much. Definitely will be using again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $125 for any service call however, if you hire me to do the job that price is included in the job, so you're not just paying me $125 to come out and diagnose a problem that is included in the invoice.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I'll introduce myself and ask them what issue they are having and try to diagnose the problem over the phone to give them an idea of cost upfront.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 500 hour certification in electrical wiring from Votech trade school. I also have over 20 years in the field.
