- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $125 for any service call however, if you hire me to do the job that price is included in the job, so you're not just paying me $125 to come out and diagnose a problem that is included in the invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I'll introduce myself and ask them what issue they are having and try to diagnose the problem over the phone to give them an idea of cost upfront.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 500 hour certification in electrical wiring from Votech trade school. I also have over 20 years in the field.
