Vendor came in and gave me an estimate for the job. I hired them on the spot. We set up date and time to do the job. They came on selected day and were on time. Job was completed and I was very satisfied with the results. I would recommend Carlos and Pablo to anyone who needs floor cleaning services.

Carlos and Leslie of Absolute Luxury gave our home a fantastic deep clean for the fall. They were both extremely professional, and thorough with the job, and we look forward to hiring them again for future cleaning needs - our baseboards, oven, fridge, and cabinets have never been this spotless! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is based on the following, the size of the home sq.ft. If a customer would like us to do a one time clean or weekly cleaning, biweekly cleaning, monthly cleaning and if they would like a deep clean.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact them via email or by phone set up a time to meet walk the property discuss any areas that they would like us to pay special attention on, and set up the best time to clean their home based on what works best for them and their schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly researching the latest equipment and chemicals. We also keep in touch with our chemical providers so that we can find the best chemicals for the customer's need. We encourage our clients to share ideas or tried and true products or remedies.
