Dishonest about price. Everyone has a two hour minimum except these guys. I wouldn’t have minded if they were up front about it. I left $250 with my husband because I had to work. All he said was that it was $125 an hour. It’s my fault for my clarifying the minimum also but he should have also said that on his end as well. Everyone else said what their minimums were and they were all 2.

Most of my furniture was damaged bc they didn’t cover or wrap items. Nate (owner) stated they would repair it. However they tried to use a marker and now it looks worse. I’m beyond upset that Nate won’t respond to my messages. Really wish I had just hired a professional company that had insurance and would repair or replace items they damaged. It was a last minute move, so I went with first person that could do it. Now I’m having to replace some of my furniture. They were slow moving items so I helped with boxes and smaller things. They were also 3 hours late. I really hate leaving a bad review, but I wish someone had warned me before hiring them. Don’t use them if you have good furniture! Lesson learned.

Nate Moore and the men assigned to this move did everything they could to complete the job well. This was a larger move than expected but was handled with professionalism and skill. there were no complaints from us or them during the whole affair. Hopefully we will not move again soon but if we do they will be our first call. Really good people.
