I just bought a house and the family that owned it before left it completely uninhabitable. They left trash and closest full of stuff, kitchen still had dirty dishes left behind. Lily’s cleaning service came and completely turned it around. It was so clean and she was very detail oriented. She definitely saved me from having a panic attack haha. I will use her services for all future cleaning needs! She was fantastic!

Lily's cleaning was good and I told her that. I never said it was excellent. Good is 4 stars, excellent is 5 stars. But her not being able to speak English at all led to our disagreement on how much I had to pay for her work. She published her profile on Thumbtack as someone whose charge for cleaning a house is $89.00. So I contacted her via Thumbtack and asked her if she could clean my home. I reminded her that her rate, which was on Thumbtack, was $89.00. She did not reply to my reminder. Because of her silence regarding her rate, I thought $89.00 was her rate. I sent her $1.00 via Zelle to verify her Zelle account. She confirmed that she received the $1.00. After about 3 hours and 20 minutes of work, I told her I would give her $89 for the job.. She said that $89.00 was not commensurate to her work. She wanted $200. I was surprised why she would ask that much money since she advertised $89 as her rate. She gave her phone to her daughter to explain to me why she is charging me $200. After a lengthy explanation to her daughter regarding my side of the story, I told her I would pay the $200.00 and I Zelled $200 to her. But I also told her to cancel my July 12 appointment.
