Hope City was wonderful! We were moving into a house that hadn't been updated since the 80's (at the most recent), and their team of 6 busted their butts to get everything as clean and sanitized as humanly possible for our move-in day. I'll absolutely use them again!

Hope City Cleaning was awesome. I hired them to do a move out cleaning and Ebenezer made sure the house was perfectly clean for the next resident. Ebenezer was so polite, responded promptly to all of my questions, made it so easy to pay him online and the price was very fair. I would hire Hope City Cleaners again, no question. Ebenezer & Charlotte did even more than I asked them to and they did a fantastic job! They were both kind and professional. My house looks wonderful, and I'm picky about cleaning--and I didn't have to ask them to go back over anything! Their price was excellent and the quality can't be beat! My studio space flooded last week—8” of standing water throughout all 1100 sq.ft.—and I was beside myself! After a week of throwing stuff in the dumpster and trying to salvage what I could, I’d managed to make my space workable again, but it was absolutely filthy and disgusting. Today, Hope City came in and made everything like new again. My studio hasn’t been this clean in years! We’ve asked them to come and do the same at the house. Both Charlotte and Ebenezer wore masks the entire time—something I really appreciated—and they just did a spectacular job! The cleaning was a great value and they are both lovely people. I also really appreciate that they are owner/operators so I feel good knowing that my hard earned dollars are going directly into the coffers of a fellow business owner and not filtering down through some corporate structure that sees workers earning a pittance.
