- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount to active and retired military and their spouses. (and their parents) (and their kids) We also donate a portion of our earnings from Thumbtack to the Nashville Humane Society and affiliated rescue organizations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once someone reaches out to us, we just ask simple questions until we are all on the same page about the scope of the project, deadline and budget. It's really simple. What do you want, when do you want it, how much do you want to spend, do you have the material or do you want us to handle that for you,, and do you have a dog? (We love dogs.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I mean...there's no school for this...but hey, that's not a bad idea. Maybe we'll start a wallpaper school! Wesley's dad is a GC, so he grew up around this stuff. I was an art director and set designer for some movies and TV shows, so I like to make things pretty. It was on-the -job training for both of us, and we learned from the best.
