I couldn’t be happier!! I called and Charles showed up that afternoon. From Nashville to Gallatin. He wasn’t able to fix my computer, though he tried. It was 11 years old. Today, 2 days later, he shows up with a brand new computer. He was able to transfer all my data to the new one. He set it all up for me and made sure I was happy with it. All of this with a price that nearly floored me! I expected to pay at least 2 to 3 times more. Better Focus Technology is now my go to for computer issues! Thanks so much.
