- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not push financing to our customers we believe our customers work hard just like we do for their money. Many companies our always looking for a reason to sell you a unit on a " low monthly rate" using sells tactics with financing. We do not work on commission and we do not try to sell our customers services not needed . We have flat pricing and work with our customers on pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting new customers the first step is getting to know our customers. We take our time to find out what our customers needs are instead of what is good for business. Often times companies only care about the numbers. We work hard to help the customer first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hvac certified Technicians , 18 years of hands on experience with trade school. Business Law and Project management courses. Mechanical Hvac course.
