The tech was unfamiliar with Jenn-Air cooktop model that i own. He spent time taking the top off (and I was able to clean) but had no idea how to troubleshoot. He stated he would do his homework and get in touch. I paid the service charge. He texted a couple days later stating he did not feel comfortable working with gas appliance and I should contact someone else. He was very polite but I felt ripped off for service charge.

after much effort on-site and study after I made a better safe than sorry choice that this person thanked me for. I would have been happy to discount or refund my small inspection fee but she could not help herself by leaving this 2 star review. it is a reflection of her poor character not my ability to provide service that reflects a fair charge.

Ethan was very responsive, however had to shift repair dates several times due to scheduling conflicts and ultimately had to cancel, which was disappointing. Going to try and repair the lock myself. Gave me a discount on the inspection fee which was appreciated.
