I used Kelly to book a trip to Cancun for my fiance's birthday in July 2023. She was amazing in helping get it booked at a wonderful all-inclusive resort. She did so well for me that I referred her to my sister who booked a cruise. I am now using Kelly for a second time to book a family vacation to Cancun in 2024... I highly recommend Kelly..

Kelly was such a pleasure to work with. She helped us plan our short notice trip to Punta Cana. She responded quickly as we were setting things up. After we were there, we needed to change our departure date and Kelly was amazing in helping us do that. There were a couple of hiccups—an airline caused issue and a transport caused issue—and she was right there to talk me through it. She was quick to respond to my texts..even on a Sunday. I never felt like she was leaving us hanging or not trying to find the most cost effective options for our needs. I highly recommend Kelly for your travel planning and next time we need to plan travel I will definitely be reaching out to her again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
FREE!!! I work for you for free. There are no hidden fees or taxes using me. I work to give you a great vacation! Currently I offer On Board Credits for every new cruise that books through me. I offer up to $1000 OBC for Disney Cruises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work in bringing the best options for the customer. I work to figure out what they are looking for and answer by asking questions and narrowing the options for them. I work hard on pulling information and sending them a thorough quote. I like to do the work so you don't have to.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained through various resorts, cruise lines, etc including Disney, Universal, Various All Inclusives like HardRock, Grand Bahia, Karisma, and cruise lines like Disney, Royal Caribbean, etc. I also have extensive knowledge through my previous work and my own travels. I have been over seas, to Disney, to All inclusives and cruised. I have a great resource of many other travel agents within my company that I can reach out to for help as well.
