Well, let’s see, the responsiveness was spot on!!! However, the ‘deep clean’ left a lot to be desired. It was supposed to include the walls and baseboards, but those did not all get cleaned. I think they underbid the house, but it was still $28/hr, EACH, so I expected it to be done correctly. My kitchen floor was still this dirty when they were finished AND I had to bust out the vacuum and finish up what they hadn’t done, see pictures of what was left on my kitchen floor after they cleaned it!!!

Good morning Cheri. Sorry to hear you were disappointed. As you stated when we were leaving the floors themselves was an all day job we mopped over them twice, changing the water each time. The job was definitely underbid, considering the extensive amount of pet hair. This is definitely a situation I wish I would’ve taken some before & after photos. Again apologies you were unsatisfied.
