I actually had two separate problems, but wasn’t sure what they were, and I was very upset when I first reached out to JBPlumbing for help. Within an hour, he responded and said that he would come and take a look at my problem that very afternoon! I realized if it was something really labor-intensive or if lots of materials Involved they might not get it fixed right away, but JB and his assistance were very reassuring, telling me they would try to get it fixed that evening if possible! Long story short, they listened to each of my descriptions of the problems I have been experiencing and got to the bottom of each one. They left it up to me as to how in-depth I wanted to go to fix and/or prevent future problems. Without a doubt, I want them to come back and adjust some more drainage issues so I will not have problems in the future with my drainage. I am so happy I found JB’s Plumbing!

Justin tackled two problem leaks effectively--one outside faucet and one on the bathroom sink. Both involved old fixtures and were very involved. He was a great problem-solver and fixed both leaks in a couple of hours. He also identified a problem with water pressure in our house that probably contributed to the faucet leaks. He made a second appointment for next week to install a regulator. He repaired both leaks for lower cost than I had anticipated. My wife and I were very pleased with his service.

He was able to diagnose the issue- a slow drain was not a clog issue but the stopper was out of place. He fixed it and it works perfectly again!!
