- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates are provided specifically for your project. Providing quality work and fair pricing is how I've created a network of repeat and referral clients. The majority of projects will be given one price to include material and labor. In certain situations an hourly rate may be charged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is designed to be quick and convenient. A phone call to understand your project is helpful. I will text and/or email a digital estimate. The software I use allows you to sign the digital contract and pay a 50% deposit (for larger projects). We will set a date for the work to begin. Once completed I encourage you to inspect the work and give the final approval. Then you will receive the invoice by text/email for final payment. Paper documents are available upon request. Cash or check is accepted. PayPal, debit, and credit cards are accepted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Serving in the United States Marine Corps was a great foundation for life. I learned important lessons and developed a strong character. The New England Institute of Business’ Accounting degree program prepared me to operate a business. During college I worked with a variety of construction companies to learn a diverse skill set. I have also purchased, remodeled, and sold homes profitably.
