Tad stepped in when another contractor quit after starting the job. He was always ready to offer suggestions to issues that came up and finished on time. We will call on him again for our next project.

Mr. Lacey came to my home to install an exhaust fan in an existing bathroom. Not only did he do that, but went above and beyond by alerting me to a problem with another exhaust fan in a different bathroom. Mr. Lacey went above and beyond my expectations. If you need a true professional to do any work on your home, I recommend Tad.

Tad is very easy to work with and he does a great job. He showed up in a timely manner to give me a quote in my projects and let me know when he thought he would be able to work on them. He communicated throughout the work and made sure I was involved in decisions so that I was very happy with the end result. Tad charges a fair rate and take pride in his work. I highly recommend him!
