- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer payment schedules and are available for no cost inspection and work estimate
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to visit the site and inspect the structure where the client has concerns, explain our repair options and answer questions. Next after gathering information, an estimate to complete the work is delivered to the client. A follow up meeting to explain our repair process and to answer questions is held and the work is then scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 20+ years experience in excavation, foundation and the building industry. Additionally we are certified through the NDFI and a leading manufacturer of components used in our process. These certifications allow us to offer a transferable warranty to the owner.
