Eli came out the same day I contacted him about pipes leaking under the kitchen sink. Considering it was already after 6pm, I was fully expecting him to schedule for the next day or later. After he arrived he quickly assessed, it wasn't my pipes that was leaking, but a leaky faucet instead. Again, I expected him to schedule a return visit to install a new faucet, but he went out, picked up the new faucet and came back the same night and installed the new faucet. No more leaking. Would definitely consider hiring again. Thanks Eli!
