Please don't use their service! Worse experience in my life. I booked Heavenly Scent cleaning for this past Sunday. I have a rental property that needed a deep clean. She showed up late Sunday and with her boyfriend. Her boyfriend threw my garage opener in the trash. She didn't finish cleaning, and she promised me she would be back on Monday. Monday, we communicated via text because I was at work. She acted like she was at my house cleaning and when I got off from work the house was the same. She wouldn't answer my calls she had her boyfriend text me that evening to explain why she didn't make it. Then, later that night, she texted and apologized and said she would be out Tuesday. She never showed up again and wouldn't respond to my messages.

I hired this contractor to replace, paint, and install shutters abd clean out drywall as a result of Hurricane Helene for $400. I paid half upfront, but they never completed the work. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via text and voicemail, they never responded or provided any updates. I was trying to support them as a new business, but they couldn’t even manage basic customer service like returning calls. Very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend them.
