- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Certain Events understands that circumstances may arise that cause you to postpone or cancel an event. Please understand that these percentages are based on the amount of events we have to turn down because we have saved the date for you. Emergencies will be determined on a case by case basis. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS Please note, that a 50% deposit is required to book your date with us, with the remaining balance due one month before the event date. REFUNDS Please see the timelines below Less than 1 month out from your event : 20% Refund 1 month out from your event : 30% Refund 2-6 months out from your event : 50% Refund 1-4 weeks after your 50% deposit : 80% Refund
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first schedule an initial meeting where we can get to know one another and discuss your vision for your event. From there, you are welcome to contact me at any time through calling, texting, or emailing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My ordination was received as part of my Integrative Healing Arts practice certification from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, and I am ordained through the Universal Brotherhood Movement, a spiritual base to support those with a sincere intention to serve from a place of non-judgment and unconditional love.
