FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
System Size: When determining the cost of your solar system, we take into account the size you need, measured in kilowatts (kW). Equipment Quality: Our team can help you choose the best solar panels and inverters to meet your needs and budget. Higher quality options may cost more, but offer better performance and longer lifetimes. Installation Costs: The cost of installing your solar system will depend on factors such as the complexity of the project, local labor costs, and the type of mounting system used. We'll work with you to find the best solution for your specific needs. Payment Options: To make purchasing a solar system as convenient as possible, we offer a variety of payment options including solar loans, cash purchase, written check, credit cards, and bank transfers. Choose what works best for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Site Assessment & Design: We conduct a site assessment to determine the best location for the solar panels, taking into account factors such as sun exposure, shading, and roof orientation. All of which can be done using software and in most cases doesn't require an initial site visit. Based on the site assessment and customer's energy needs, we create a customised design. Cost Estimate: We provide the customer with a cost estimate for the solar system, including equipment, installation, and financing costs. Contracts and Agreements: If the customer decides to proceed with the installation, we provide them with a contract review to review sign. Permitting and Approvals: We handle all necessary permitting and approvals from the county or city, as well as the power company. Our turnaround time in total is about 4-5 weeks. Installation: Our team of certified installers will install the solar system according to the manufacturers specification and agreed-upon design. Commissioning and Training: Once the installation is complete, we commission the system and provide training to the customer on how to use and maintain it. Ongoing Support: We offer ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure the optimal performance of the solar system.
