What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$25 is for up to 2 pets. If travel is further than 10 miles $1.00 per mile is added. $20 extra charge for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet & Greet Appointment 15 minutes and up • No Charge Come to your home at an appointed time that is convenient. During this time we will discuss your pet's daily routine as well as specific accommodations. This also is an opportunity for me to meet you and your pet personally.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Hold certificates in animal First Aid, Pet CPR, Pet Nutrition & Pet Psychology.
