- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair and better than major companies. Service calls are $125 for me to come out and diagnose your problem. Price is waived if approved for job that cost more than service fee

We make sure they’re comfortable and always come with respect and a open mind to the situation at hand so we can help the best way we can
