- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
PROS will waive the dispatch fee with any major repair or replacement for Plumbing or HVAC. We offer Service Agreements to become a Service Member with PROS for special discounts and pricing(ask the office).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we make contact on Thumbtack, I have someone from our office reach out to you through text, call, email or messaging. Whatever is convenient for the customer. Then we need your address, telephone number and email to add you to the schedule. The office will coordinate a day and time to take care of your issue. We do have 24/7 Emergency Services after 6pm on weekdays and weekends so if you need us, we will be the ones answering your call!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NATE Certified, hold a Mechanical Contractor's License and have 15 years of experience in this industry. I started off working for Family and progressed into working for large and small plumbing/heating & air companies all while dreaming of owning a business one day.
