Matt came the same day I requested service on a Saturday. He was very professional and was able to find and fix the problem with my AC. 10/10 experience. Will definitely use again.

Acute HVACR LLC is a top notch Company. They performed services above and beyond. I joined their membership club which means they will come out every season for check ups. I have a 4 and 5 year old unit. For the first time these two units are performing at their true capacities. If you want a job done right utilize this company.

I had a great experience using Acute! My AC randomly stopped working during the week, and during summer's in South Carolina, that isn't ever comfortable. I reached out to them and got a response almost immediately and got on their schedule the next morning! The guy who showed up was super kind, considerate and got the work done in a super timely manner, even with having to run and pickup a part from somewhere else. He also like double checked that the air blowing out was cold, so wonderful! Super lovely and will be using them again in the future!

Mr. Brown was very attentive and professional. He quickly diagnosed what caused the HVAC to stop working, formulated/carried out repairs, and identified other maintenance that had to happen. Although, I have other work that needs to be accomplished, I'm pretty satisfied with his service.

When we initially got three bids to replace our ductwork last year, we found ourselves being heavily pressured by two other companies to replace our HVAC unit itself which was outside our budget. Thomas did not treat us like a job and was very informative about other options we had short of replacing a unit that was only slightly too big for our house square footage. Easily this was the most informative and professional of the three meetings I had that day and they've stood by the quality of their work and are now my go-to company for regular maintenance.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a diagnosis fee of $69. We diagnose the problem and then give a flat rate to repair or replace if needed. Our prices are fair and competitive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk to the customer and understand their problem. Once we understand the problem we provide the best option(s) to ensure that our client can make an educated and informed decision to keep their family safe and comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my South Carolina Contractor's License for Acute HVACR LLC to practice as a Mechanical Contractor. I have attended ACR Training center. I have an EPA universal certification and over 5 years of experience. License#-M114618 Our HVAC Specialist are certified, highly skilled, and experienced.
