What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use the pricing model of 10 percent of the overall wedding budget. The minimum investment for our full planning package is $1500 & our month-of-wedding management minimum is $1000.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial inquiry we send an email with our service pricing. After a consultation& contract bring signed we touch base monthly/weekly (depending on the package) to ensure we where we need to be according to the client’s customized wedding checklist. These meetings will be in person, virtual, over the phone or a combination depending on what the instance allows.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I became a certified wedding planner in 2017. I have been assisting friends in their wedding planning since then.
