- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer hourly and package pricing to accommodate a variety of needs. Our rates include two professional organizers. Our all-inclusive pricing includes; shopping assistance, donation drop-off, junk removal, systems planning, custom labels, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will book your free phone consultation to see how we might be able to help you! We will discuss the services you are looking for, and your frustrations with the areas in your home, and answer any questions you may have. Next, if needed, we will schedule a Needs Assessment & Planning Session to tour your space to better understand how we can best fulfill your needs!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are experienced in managing multiple projects at the same time and customizing approaches to fit the needs of the client at hand. Both of us know that there is no “best method” that works for everyone. We have completed over 250 hours of professional organizer training in Decluttering, Home Organizing, Professional Development, and Move Management. We also participate in ongoing discussion groups weekly, with professional organizers around the world, to get you the best and most up-to-date results for our clients.
