- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer hourly pricing and discounts for purchasing larger packages. Our rates include both lead professional organizers, Kristina Harris and Matina Kazameas. Our all-inclusive pricing includes; shopping assistance, donation drop-off, systems planning, custom labels, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will book your free phone consultation to see how we might be able to help you! We will discuss the services you are looking for, and your frustrations with the areas in your home, and answer any questions you may have. If you choose to move forward, we will schedule a Needs Assessment & Planning Session where we will tour your space to get a better idea of how we can best fulfill your needs!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are experienced in managing multiple projects at the same time and customizing approaches to fit the needs of the client at hand. Both of us know that there is no “best method” that works for everyone. We have completed over 100 hours of professional organizer training and participate in ongoing discussion groups weekly, with professional organizers around the world, in order to get you the best possible results.
