Colin and Matthew serviced my two garage doors immediately after I responded to a door hanger advertisement. As promised, Colin called thirty minutes prior to their arrival. Recommendations and estimates were given without pressure prior to any work being performed. Prices, including the service plan options, were more reasonable than other garage door service companies I have used. All work was done in a timely manner; clean up and overall neatness are important to me and were exhibited by this team. Matthew stressed there is no expiration date on the service performed; they would be available at any time should a problem arise on performed work, and trip charges are never added to your invoice. They were punctual, knowledgeable, personable, and professional throughout the service call. It was a pleasure doing business with ProLift and especially with Colin and Matthew!

Had a great experience with these guys servicing a garage door that had stopped working. Turns out the sensors were faulty and needed to be replaced. They came out the next morning and had it fixed in about half an hour.

Technician Colin Kintigh was across the street from us on another call. He agreed to check out our Sears garage door opener. It was installed in 2016 and hasn't been checked since then.He made several good recommendations to get our door back in top working order. As we are 2 senior citizens, we are very impressed with Colin. What an awesome, friendly and knowledgeable young man! When we are ready to have these recommendations done, we definitely want Colin and ProLift Garage Doors to be our technician and company! Thank you so much for awesome service.
