I was unable to have my job completed tonight due to last minute schedule conflicts, but Brendan's professionalism was top notch. He traveled a great deal to my house to do the job. He was going to provide a great rate, and knew exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely look into hiring him for future repairs.

Brendan Young and his partner did a fine job repairing my ceiling fan. He was able to find the loose screws that had been knocked loose when I was moving some furniture and screwed them back in tightly so my fan no longer wobbles or makes a scraping noise.

Highly recommended! Mr Young was very quick to answer my project post and following questions. He was willing to travel quite a distance to help me while keeping his rate reasonable. I appreciate his professionalism and promptness! Although I ended up hiring someone closer, I'll keep Mr Young's info handy. * I did hire Mr Young & crew after all. They were very thorough and professional and kept up communication throughout the job. Mr Young not only diagnosed the problem quickly on short notice, but returned to completely fix my problem. He also gave me some good advice for the future. I would add that this crew ticked all 5 criteria, though we're limited to choosing 3.
