- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had actually done this on and off for years. My husband got laid off from his job about 6 months after we got married and this was a very lucrative way for us to survive while he was on unemployment. We have enjoyed it so much and met so many nice friends that we have continued to do it after he got a full time job.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Pet Care for Dogs - Feed, Love, Walk, Let Out, Act as "fill in" parent while their parent is out of town.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently were referred to keep two Shih-tzus by a friend. One of the dogs had never been left with anyone before and she and the parents were a little nervous about leaving her. By the end of the first day, she was cuddled up in our laps and adjusting very well to the environment. She was calm and not stressed out when she was picked up also. Having happy, satisfied clients makes you feel good abut what you do.
