Quincy was excellent. I was purchasing a new construction home and was looking for a home inspector to conduct a pre dry wall inspection. I researched and through thumbtack, I found Quincy. He had excellent reviews. I reached out to him and he responded immediately. He performed the pre dry wall inspection. The inpection was done with such prefessionalism. The report was thorough . The report included pictures. He provided a summary along with detail findings and recommendations. After the initial inspection, he returned to the home to follow-up on the items that required attention by the builder. Once again, he provided a thorough report. He provided before and after pictures of the items that were corrected. He provided information on the items that were not addressed. Quincy conducted the final inspection as well. He provided a thorough report supported by pictures, his assessments and recommendations. I enjoyed working with Quincy. He was always polite, communicated very well, flexible, reasonably priced and takes pride in what he does. If you are looking for a home inspector in the Palmetto area, I strongly recommend Quincy.

This was our first home purchase and we were very hesitant about the inspection piece. Quincy took the time to explain everything to us in great detail and answer any questions we had. He was professional, polite, and extremely thorough during the inspection. We could not be there since we are military and in a different state but his report was very detailed and had great pictures and explanations of everything.
