DO NOT HIRE!! I can not stress this enough, working with Siberian Tiger was a NIGHTMARE. IT HAS COST ME MORE MONEY TO HAVE EVERYTHING FIXED THAN WHAT I PAID FOR THE ORIGINAL WORK REQUESTED. First, he was late every day. He even left early due to a headache even after arriving hours late. It has literally cost me money by hiring “Siberian Tiger” to help upgrade my new construction house. He permanently stained my brand new granite countertops, removed a metal piece from dishwasher and didn’t put it back on, left broken baseboards (baseboards that should have been whole that I was to reapply myself once he completed the floors) piled on the floor in the closet, failed to reinstall closet doors after he removed them, he knocked off a piece of trim on my black island and CAULKED IT BACK ON WITH WHITE CAULK OOZING OUT THE SIDES (not to mention it fell off the next day when I removed the tape) and his van left an oil stain on my once again brand new driveway. I politely reached out to him to have these items fixed but was met with a horrible attitude and disrespect. I then asked for a partial refund but was met with him harassing me through the Thumbtack messenger feature. Oh yeah, he’ll also tell you one price finish the first day and then put you in a terribly uncomfortable position requesting more money even though you actually ended up giving him less work but it’s “up to you”… YOU WILL REGRET HIRING “Siberian Tiger”.

I apologize for all of the trouble you have. Honestly, I have tried to contact you about finding a good solution, however, either got massage saying" I'll call later" or response at all. as we have talked... I have left door uncounted for painter. base board was broken prior floor installation, and I kept if off, because your boyfriend was installing new baseboards and trim. I'm really sorry to write this but I had never had a headache like this from dog urinal.. I'm sorry. Last day we dod walk trough, although I have waited about an hour extra, you had no complaints but few weeks later. I'm sorry that you are having hard time in your life, but please regret me from it. Also, just wanted to get this clear. I have not beg you for more money. reason was that I have asked if you can when you have changed one type of floor to another. Again, I apologize for anything that i was not able to made job go smooth.
