- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always make sure communication is priority and to be able to listen to what the customer needs and wants are. Communication is key and to be able to be honest with each other is very important to me and to also have that trust in each other is a true way to have a successful start with new customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years in the construction industry with multiple experience in various trades.Throughout the years of doing this type of work for other major companies to learn all the trades and mastering them, i begin to realize these major companies did not really care about true craftmanship and quality of work being performed. That bothered me tremendously, besause i am a true craftsman who cares about quality work and who is all about the small details in everything that i do. For that reason is why i went into business for my self to make a difference for people who appreciate quality work and done right the first time.
