Nasbas Rock was very reasonable and did a great job in repairing my countertop and explaining the process. The company which I purchased it could not get me in at the time. So, I had to have the repair done ASAP because the crack was getting worst.

Pros:
-service was within 1 day of request
-fantastic price compared to other quotes
-everyone was extremely nice and helpful
-overall it looks really great and we are happy with it
-they made suggestions to make the faucet look better and it really does. They know what they are doing
Cons
- The one side was fairly uneven, maybe this is normal or it cracked or something but I will have to cover that up with a bit of caulk
- I asked if they drilled in the clips so they would be sturdy and he said yes. And then I showed that we used something different before (the pressure clips where you cut a slit in) and he said that those should be used for smaller sinks. When I looked there were the pressure clips
- I know dust is unavoidable, I set up a tent but it was down when I came out, I am assuming due to space issues. I would have used the plastic to cover my furniture and put food away instead if they told me their machine wouldn’t be able to put all of it outside

Nanas Rock Stone LLC installed quartz countertops for us in a property we were renovating. In the beginning they seemed professional. They installed on a Monday (sent pictures to show job was completed) and were paid the same day.
My husband and I did not return to the property until Friday because we were having it painted and we’re 2 and 1/2 hrs away.
When we arrived we found that the counter top installers had broken the faucet.
Also they did not seal any area EXCEPT directly around the sink. There was a sizable gap where the 2 pieces meet.
They did offer to order a new faucet for us to have on Monday but my deadline for the property was Friday. Said they didn’t use sealer around countertops when asked about this.
I will not ever use them again and will never recommend them to anyone!
