- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on number of guest, length of the event and location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to make contact with the customer to introduce myself. I also like to go over details of the event, beverage details and pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bartending/Mixology certification June 2007. I also have my ServSafe certification & TIPS training.
