So far, these guys have been exactly what we are looking for in a property manager. They know how to feature a property, & will even coordinate drone photos & twilight photos. Their use of dynamic pricing (AI tool) is what drove us to choose them. It's still early in the process, but we are very pleased thus far!

I have been searching for a property manager to handle my Airbnb in Atlanta, but I found most to be unreliable—until I discovered Matt and David at Legacy. My wife and I have been using these guys for over a year now, to manage our beach house short term rental, and they've truly never missed a beat. They've managed all the ins and outs of the house and each booking, are always on top of communicating to us, guests and cleaners pertinent information. Yeah, can't say enough good things about them. The setup we have with our short term rental and these guys managing it - wouldn't change a thing about it. If we had more short term rentals, we'd use them for that as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial inquiry, we do a live Zoom Call with the potential client to go over all of our services and show realistic comps/expectations for the specific property. From there, we answer any and all questions that the potential client might have and if they would like to move forward we can have the property live in less than 1 week.

7 Years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
