- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is specific to order based on my client's request. I do offer discounts and these are typically around holidays. Any fees included or added are for administrative purposes, delivery, time & prep, short notice/locking in services in advance, special requests, dietary restrictions, food costs and scarcity, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer it is important for me to find out what they are in need of and if I am capable of providing their requests. If so, I move forward with providing a customized menu for my client at a small fee and with their approval we take it from there. This typically means the next steps are preparing their meal and delivering on time at their location based on their date for my services. This would end with a satisfied party or numbered guests and hopefully begin a new business relationship with my client!
